I am representing an industry-leading creative agency in the West Midlands seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join a high-performing account team. This is an end-to-end delivery role where you will own your projects from the initial brief to the final onsite debrief.

What’s Different About This Role?

You won't just be a small cog in a large machine. You will have full ownership of your own projects, typically ranging from £100k to £150k, across a diverse and prestigious client base. While you’ll be part of a structured team led by an Account Director, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own workflows and the opportunity to travel across the UK and internationally to see your hard work come to life.

What You’ll Bring:

• Agency Experience: Ideally, you have a background in an event or creative agency and understand the fast-paced nature of the industry.
• End-to-End Capability: Experience managing timelines, supplier liaison, logistics, and delegate management.
• Flexibility: A passion for travel and the ability to be onsite (mainly UK-based with some international travel).
• Person-First Attitude: Technical skills are great, but the "right fit" is everything—we need someone collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Reliability: A full driving licence and car are essential for access to the agency’s unique studio location.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Ownership: Manage a wide variety of client projects, taking full responsibility for the delivery and execution.
• Financial Management: Handle project budgets and ensure profitability while maintaining high quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments like digital, film, and graphics to deliver a cohesive client experience.
• Onsite Delivery: Be the face of the agency on the ground, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards in line with industry-leading quality protocols, ensuring every detail is polished.
