What You’ll Bring:

• A strong interest and awareness of the creative and events industries.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (like Google Suite and Trello).
• The ability to multitask and be proactive under pressure.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Coordination: Help manage project timelines, critical paths, and team schedules.
• Content & Asset Management: Organise files, manage feedback versions, and ensure final assets are ready for delivery.
• Client and Team Support: Assist with meeting notes, collate creative feedback, and handle essential project admin.
• Supplier Relations: Help source and manage external partnerships with suppliers and freelancers.
