Are you a seasoned Account Manager with a passion for creative experiences and a knack for nurturing client relationships? We’re partnering with a multi-award-winning creative experiential agency to find a Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a confidential search for a permanent, London-based role where you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful events for a roster of high-growth tech, finance, and energy giants.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5-6 years of experience in account management, preferably within the events industry.
  • Proven client-facing experience and a track record of building and expanding client relationships.
  • A strong understanding of client business objectives and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Google Apps is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead account management, focusing on profitability, performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and maintain client accounts.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify new opportunities and secure profitable income.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of client projects and pitch work.
  • Ensure all business proposals and account plans are commercially sound and accurate.
  • Incorporate sustainability initiatives into project planning and delivery.
