Client Acquisition Lead (UK Remote)

What You'll Bring:

  • Proactive and strategic thinking to identify and pursue new business opportunities, from targeted outreach to large-scale tenders.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to cultivate trust and position the agency as a long-term partner.
  • The drive to meet and exceed revenue targets, with a clear focus on new business and account expansion.
  • A keen eye for industry trends and a curiosity about competitive intelligence to inform your strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience with CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively drive new client acquisition through a variety of channels, including your personal networks, outbound outreach, and targeted approaches.
  • Generate qualified opportunities by setting up meetings with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and identifying clear opportunities to pitch our services.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships that go beyond the initial sale, positioning the agency as a trusted advisor.
  • Take ownership of meeting revenue targets for both new business and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform our outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of your leads and pipeline in our CRM, providing clear forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Raise the agency's profile by representing us at industry events, networking opportunities, and across social media platforms.
