About the Role

Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional activations, experiential, and live events for a diverse portfolio of clients. As their new Event Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in bringing these ambitious projects to life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning: From initial creative concept to meticulous planning stages.
  • Logistics Management: Ensuring all event elements are in the right place at the right time.
  • Delegate Management: Seamlessly handling attendee registration, communication, and on-site support.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing event finances to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  • On-site Execution: Ensuring flawless delivery of events.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing multiple projects concurrently, and demonstrating a keen eye for every detail that makes an event truly spectacular.

What Our Client is Looking For

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced Event Coordinator. You'll possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience within a fast-paced event agency environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a natural flair for communication.
  • The ability to problem-solve efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth operations even when faced with unexpected challenges.
  • Essential experience with logistics coordination, delegate management, project planning, and budget oversight.
  • A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable and impactful experiences.

Working With Our Client

This role offers a flexible and appealing work arrangement:

  • Two days a week from their vibrant and collaborative Leicestershire office, fostering strong team connections and creative brainstorming.
