What’s Different About This Role?
Unlike many AD roles, this position is centered on high-level strategic input into our clients' communications strategies. You won't just be executing a brief; you’ll be helping to write it—partnering with client Boards to ensure their messaging is woven into every touchpoint. You will lead a vibrant, friendly, and high-energy team working across an incredibly broad mix of sectors—from high-street retail and fashion/beauty to global manufacturing. You’ll act as a strategic lead to bring their messaging to life through conferences, award ceremonies, activations, and international incentives.
What You’ll Bring:

Agency Pedigree: 6–7 years of experience within a fast-paced event production agency (either as a current AD or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up).

Content Fluency: A deep understanding of how to use video production and digital content to drive engagement.

Strategic Mindset: Experience using ROI/ROT (Return on Time) methodologies to prove the value of events.

Financial Acumen: The ability to oversee large-scale budgets and manage complex forecasting.

Leadership Presence: The confidence to facilitate high-level client meetings and mentor others (you will have a direct report in a Senior Project Manager).
What You’ll Do:

Comms Strategy: Act as a senior consultant to your clients, providing high-level input into their internal and external communications strategy.

Lead Strategy: Take full ownership of the strategic direction for key accounts, focusing on gentle, organic growth through partnership.

Diverse Delivery: Oversee a range of event types including conferences and creative activations, predominately in the UK with select international incentive travel.

Drive Creative: Partner with internal leads to develop film, graphics, and messaging that resonate across retail, beauty, and manufacturing sectors.

Line Management: Directly manage and inspire a Senior Project Manager, fostering a culture of high performance.

Process & Quality: Act as a beacon of best practice, ensuring projects meet elite industry standards and ISO protocols.
