Junior Project Manager – Events Agency

This role is based in Kent - with only one day every two weeks in the office

Are you a rising star in the events world, ready to dive into a dynamic permanent role with a leading Kent-based events agency?

What’s Different About This Role?

This isn't your average 9-to-5. We're offering a fantastic hybrid working model, with just one day a week in our Kent office and the rest working remotely. You'll gain invaluable experience supporting a diverse range of corporate events, from high-profile conferences and exhibitions to elegant gala dinners and engaging internal communications events. This is a unique chance to broaden your skillset within a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Bring:

You'll be a proactive and organised individual with demonstrable experience working in a busy event agency. You'll have a solid understanding of the corporate events landscape, having previously supported conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, incentives, and internal communications events. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and thrive under pressure will be key to your success.

What You’ll Do:

As our Junior Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting our event delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delegate Management: Overseeing registrations, communications, and attendee support.
  • Logistics: Assisting with venue liaison, supplier coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Administration: Maintaining accurate event documentation and databases.
  • Planning: Supporting the development of event timelines, budgets, and schedules.

Why You’ll Love It:

You'll be joining a vibrant and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional events. This contract offers a brilliant opportunity to enhance your portfolio, expand your network, and contribute to exciting projects.

The Ideal Fit:

This position would particularly suit candidates with existing event agency experience, perhaps in roles such as a Junior Event Manager, Event Coordinator, or Project Coordinator, who are ready to take on more responsibility within a supportive agency structure. You'll be comfortable with a high-paced environment and eager to learn and grow.
