Delegate Manager | Hybrid (3 Days Office) | Southeast London

Salary: Circa £35,000

We're partnering with a fantastic events agency to recruit a Delegate Manager. This could be the perfect opportunity for an experienced Delegate Manager, or a Delegate Coordinator ready to take the next step.

You may also be working as a Project Executive or Junior Project Manager, with hands-on delegate management experience and looking to specialise in this area.

If you're highly organised, love event logistics, and enjoy delivering exceptional delegate experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What's Different About This Role?

This isn't high-volume, transactional event delivery.

Our client has built an outstanding reputation over many years, partnering with some of the world's leading healthcare organisations to deliver international medical congresses, investigator meetings, leadership events, and standalone conferences.

You'll take ownership of the complete delegate journey—from building registration sites and managing communications through to coordinating complex travel logistics and delivering events onsite across the globe. It's a role where you'll genuinely see the impact of your work.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing delegate logistics within corporate events.
  • Hands-on experience with registration platforms such as Cvent or EventsAir.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to event delivery.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience supporting clients, delegates, and suppliers.
  • A collaborative attitude and flexibility to travel internationally when required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and managing registration sites using platforms such as Cvent and EventsAir.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for delegates and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ensuring a first-class experience throughout.
  • Managing delegate logistics including flights, accommodation, rooming lists, transfers, departure information and event materials.
  • Coordinating with venues, DMCs, hotels and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Producing registration reports and analysing delegate data.
  • Supporting client planning meetings, tracking actions and attending events onsite in the UK and internationally.

Why Join?

  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the Southeast London office with flexibility to work from home.
  • International travel – See your events come to life across the globe.
  • Supportive culture – Join an experienced, collaborative team that genuinely invests in its people.
  • Meaningful events – Play a key role in delivering events that support medical education, innovation and global healthcare communities.

The Ideal Person

You'll be calm under pressure, naturally organised and someone who enjoys the detail. You thrive on bringing complex logistics together, love building relationships, and take pride in creating seamless delegate experiences from start to finish.

If you're looking for a role where you can develop your career with a highly respected agency, we'd love to hear from you.
