• Manage small pharmaceutical projects from conception to completion.
• Support Project Managers with complex events.
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client protocols.
• Lead on-site management of events (live or virtual).
• Conduct post-event reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Utilize project management tools (including Cvent) for efficient project delivery.
• Contribute to the strategic development of client accounts.
