We represent lead agencies from over 50 countries, and your mission is to take their incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed, world-class events. You’ll have the autonomy to shape proposals and the influence to drive revenue, all while benefiting from the culture of a boutique Surrey office. We offer genuine career advancement and are open to discussing part-time hours (minimum 27.5 per week) for the right specialist.
What You’ll Bring:

Sales & Conversion Pedigree: You aren't just an order-taker; you are a closer. You have a proven track record in sales conversion, masterful questioning, and the ability to handle objections with ease.

Agency Experience: You have at least 4 years (degree-led) or 6 years (experience-led) of working within an Event Agency or Destination Management Company (DMC).

Proximity: You live within a 60-minute commute of Fetcham, Surrey, and thrive in a collaborative, 4-day-a-week office-based environment.

Convert Enquiries: Take ownership of incoming international leads, using superior listening and discovery skills to understand the client's "why."

Pitch to Win: Craft and present creative proposals that don't just list services but sell a vision, specifically tailored to the client's needs and pain points.

Strategic Sourcing: Research and negotiate the best rates at hotels and venues to ensure your winning proposals remain commercially viable and high-margin.
