Are you a meticulously organised individual with a passion for the dynamic world of creative campaigns and content? Do you thrive on ensuring projects run like clockwork, eager to be the essential backbone of a vibrant team? If so, this is your chance to launch your career with a leading, innovative agency!

What You'll Do

This isn't just an administrative role; it's your opportunity to become an indispensable part of our client's campaigns and communications engine. You'll ensure seamless project flow, acting as the key support for creative production from start to finish. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering Project Coordination: You'll be the go-to for keeping everything on track – diligently maintaining and updating trackers, timelines, and critical paths. You’ll skillfully book internal meetings, studio time, and reviews, and efficiently assist with team resourcing to ensure every task and milestone is hit on schedule.
  • Streamlining Content & Asset Management: Take ownership of crucial assets by uploading final content and files to relevant portals and approval tools. You'll expertly manage feedback versions, ensuring all files are perfectly organised, accessible, and ready for deployment. You'll also provide vital support with documentation and delivery notes.
  • Empowering Team Support: Beyond the day-to-day, you'll be an active participant in team success. Join meetings to capture essential notes and next steps, collate creative feedback for the right teams, and assist with project wrap-up administration and invoice tracking. Crucially, you'll be the final pair of eyes, sense-checking content for any basic errors before it goes live.

What You’ll Bring

Our client is seeking a proactive individual with a genuine zest for design, campaigns, content, and motion. This is an ideal role for someone eager to absorb knowledge and grow within the fast-paced creative production landscape. You’ll need:

  • Exceptional Organisation & Detail-Orientation: Your ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous accuracy will be paramount.
  • Familiarity with Project Tools: Experience with platforms like Google Suite and Trello will give you a significant head start.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, enabling seamless and effective interaction with all team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive & Responsive Nature: The agility to multitask, prioritise effectively, and maintain composure, even when deadlines loom.
  • A Genuine Interest in Creative Industries: Your enthusiasm for the world of design, campaigns, and content will not only be valued but will fuel your growth.

This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility, with 2 days a week at their vibrant Leicester HQ and the option to work from home for the remainder.
