What we need in our new Senior Content Producer or Content Lead
- With a successful career of working within an agency, you’ll be a skilled content producer with experience in delivering different styles of content – digital, film, print – across a broad range of events, including conferences, roadshows, experiential events, virtual / hybrid events and award ceremonies.
- Highly organised, managing timings, the needs of your stakeholders and all areas of mid to large scale / complex events.
- An expert in leading the content producer role on an event, with understanding of production and digital platforms for live, virtual and hybrid events.
- Ability to translate content into an ‘event environment’, working closely with the core show team to deliver on the client ambition.
- You’ll have, and are used to working with, a large network of suppliers.
- Proven experience in growing client relationships, gaining repeat business and developing new opportunities.
- A confident communicator, with high levels of emotional resilience that can adapt quickly and positively to change and pace.
- An ability to take, shape and write an amazing brief as well as advocate on behalf of your clients, spotting risks, solving unexpected problems, challenging assumptions, and making effective decisions under pressure.
- A commercial mind and comfortable working to financial / time plans.
- An expert in building trust and developing relationships to support growth
What you will do
- Working across a range of events and clients you will think smart and expertly lead on developing and delivering content on time, to budget and to an excellent standard for our clients.
- Work across a range of client brands, taking full ownership of the content management process throughout the full event lifecycle for a range of audiences - B2B, B2C and internal.
- Collaborate with our creative specialists to scope and manage effective, high quality, strategic and creative content for live, virtual and hybrid events.
- Work directly with client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert that can connect delivery method to message.
- Be uncompromising when it comes to attention to detail. Rationalising ideas against the brief and leaving nothing to chance.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers alike.
- Lead and contribute to pitch proposals and client presentations.
- Lead by example to mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering talent and growth.
- Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
