Operating as part of an elite, culture-first entertainment collective, this agency works with an enviable roster of the world’s most progressive brands (spanning global streaming giants, iconic sportswear pioneers, tech innovators, and legendary gaming brands). They are globally B Corp certified and are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Producer to join their brilliant UK production team.

The Role

As a Producer, you will be the ultimate linchpin across the business, working closely with Client Services, Strategy, and Creative teams to lead and support seamless project delivery. You will own projects from initial brief right through to execution, managing timelines, logistics, and substantial budgets to ensure world-class experiential work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Delivery: Own end-to-end production—from brief and planning to onsite delivery and wrap—ensuring work is delivered flawlessly, on time, and to an exceptional standard.
• Bring Creative to Life: Partner with internal creative teams to turn ambitious, boundary-pushing concepts into highly feasible, impactful realities.
• Commercial & Financial Control: Confidently manage project budgets of £250k+. You will handle estimates, scopes, and reconciliations with precision, driving margin targets through partner negotiations and project efficiencies.
• Client & Team Collaboration: Act as a confident, solutions-first voice in client meetings to build deep trust, while aligning internal talent and capabilities for seamless execution.
• Champion Production Standards: Help evolve internal processes to drive excellence and efficiency, ensuring a conscious, considered approach to sustainable production.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience delivering high-quality brand experiences, live events, content, or integrated campaigns within a fast-paced agency environment (UK and international exposure is a plus).
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of consistently managing project budgets of £250k+.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while staying calm under pressure.
• A natural problem-solving mindset—someone who anticipates challenges and tackles them with clarity and creativity.
• A highly collaborative spirit, with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
