What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within an event agency.
• Essential experience working with pharmaceutical clients and a solid understanding of industry regulations (e.g., ABPI, EFPIA, PhRMA codes).
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach, able to anticipate challenges and find effective solutions swiftly.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and expertly negotiating with suppliers.
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of pharma events, from initial brief right through to post-event evaluation.
• Develop detailed project plans, realistic timelines, and comprehensive budgets, ensuring all milestones are met within scope and financial parameters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and expertly managing their expectations.
• Source and manage suppliers, negotiating favourable contracts and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee all logistical elements, including precise venue sourcing, seamless delegate management, efficient travel, comfortable accommodation, and cutting-edge audiovisual requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all pharmaceutical compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements for every single event.
• Manage event budgets, diligently track expenses, and provide regular, transparent financial updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough post-event analysis, providing comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations for future improvements.
• Collaborate closely with our creative, production, and account management teams to deliver truly seamless and memorable events.
