What You’ll Bring:

We're looking for a Project Manager who is not only exceptionally organised but also strategically minded and a natural collaborator. You'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a fast-paced agency environment, specifically with a strong focus on corporate events and incentives.
  • A strong understanding of internal communications and employee engagement strategies, and how events – including incentives – can drive them.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, able to translate client objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Meticulous organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion, particularly for complex incentive travel or high-stakes corporate gatherings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, thriving on challenges and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted budgets, intricate timelines, and diverse supplier relationships efficiently.
  • A genuine passion for creating impactful, memorable, and motivating experiences for internal audiences.

What You’ll Do:

As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our internal comms, employee engagement, and incentive events, ensuring strategic delivery and exceptional experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to post-event analysis, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal communication goals.
  • End-to-End Planning & Execution: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, meticulously managing all logistical elements, supplier relationships (venues, DMCs, travel partners), and creative deliverables.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Proactively managing project budgets, tracking expenditure, and ensuring profitability and financial accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with creative, technical, and production teams to translate concepts into reality, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Reacting swiftly and effectively to challenges, pivoting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Leading debriefs, gathering feedback, and contributing to insights that drive continuous improvement.
