Producer – Award-Winning Live Experience Agency

Location: South London (Permanent)

Hybrid working ( 3 days in the office a week)

Salary £45,000 - £50,000

We are seeking a talented Producer to join a market-leading, award-winning live experience agency in South London. Known for their "People before Profit" philosophy, this agency is one of London’s fastest-growing firms, specializing in flagship conferences, luxury activations, and immersive brand experiences.

The Role

As a core member of the Live Team, you will lead high-impact projects from brief to onsite delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams to translate global brand visions into reality.

• Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse events, ensuring they meet creative and strategic objectives.
• Budget Management: Full oversight of project finances, including quotes, POs, and tracking scope creep.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Onsite Delivery: Lead the ground team, problem-solving in real-time to ensure flawless performance.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing community.

The Requirements

• Agency Experience: Proven track record in an events/experiential agency environment.
• Project Mastery: Strong project management, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex timelines.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of AV and production logistics.
• Client Savvy: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Stamina: Readiness to travel for site visits and thrive under the pressure of live event delivery.
